Specifically, we show how<br \/>\nthe temporal dimension of smart textiles increase the<br \/>\ncomplexity of traditional textile design variables such as<br \/>\nform and colour. We also show how the composite nature<br \/>\nof smart textiles creates a series of interdependencies that<br \/>\nmake the design of the textile expressions additionally<br \/>\ncomplex.
